Assess a potential parking-space acquisition using gross yield, net yield, annual income and simple payback.
Gross yield = annual gross rent ÷ purchase price. Net yield = annual income after stated operating costs ÷ purchase price plus acquisition costs. Payback ignores financing, tax, capital growth and sale costs.

Model the income potential of a parking space, driveway or similar parking asset after platform fees and recurring costs.
This is a simple earnings estimate: average booking price × bookings, less the percentage fee and stated monthly costs. It does not forecast demand or occupancy.
EV Charging Profit Calculator
Estimate the additional return an EV charger could contribute to a parking investment based on utilisation, selling price and electricity cost.
Revenue = charging price × kWh delivered. Electricity cost = tariff × kWh delivered. Profit then deducts the stated percentage fee and fixed monthly costs. Charger purchase, installation, tax, losses and maintenance are not included unless you enter them as costs.
